Log in to your AgentUp dashboard. You can start building a property website from several areas within the dashboard.
The Property Website Builder will guide you through the following sections:
- Property Details
- Design
- Contact Information
- Media
- Hosting
Complete each section, review your information, and publish your property website.

Step-by-Step Tutorial
1. Start from the dashboard
- Click Create a Property Website.
- This opens the website builder.
2. Choose the product
Pick one of these:
- Website + flyer
- Website only
- Flyer only
In the demo, Website + flyer is selected.
3. Select branding
You can create:
- Branded and unbranded versions
- Or another branding option depending on your needs
In the demo, the version with two outputs is selected:
- one with branding
- one without branding
4. Choose a theme and colors
- Select a theme for the website.
- Customize the primary color
- Optionally update secondary and tertiary colors
- Save your color choices
The flyer design matches the website by default, but you can change it.
5. Enter property information
Add the property address.
- The system may auto-fill fields using an online Google address database.
- You can also enter the information manually.
Optional settings:
- School data
- Mortgage calculator
These are turned on by default, but can be disabled.
6. Add the property description
There are two text fields:
- one for the website
- one for the flyer
By default:
- the flyer description mirrors the website description
But you can edit them separately if needed.
7. Add amenities
Enter property features such as:
- air conditioning
- other home amenities
Then click Continue.
8. Add agent information
On the agent step:
- click Add Contact to enter a new realtor
- or select a saved contact
You can also add:
- agent image
- logo
Then click Continue.
9. Add media
Upload or add:
- photos
- floor plans
- video links
- 3D tour links
You can:
- choose edited photo sets already available
- upload photos manually
10. Set the featured image
- Hover over a photo
- Click the star icon
This sets the featured image.
The featured image appears:
- in the website header
- on the flyer
You can also rearrange photos by dragging them.
11. Add a video link
- Paste the video URL
- Click Continue
12. Configure hosting and URLs
Choose a URL type:
Standard URL
- Included
- Uses the platform name in the link
White label URL
- Hides the platform name
- Costs 1 additional credit
Custom domain
- Uses a domain from a third-party provider
In the demo, Standard URL is selected.
You can also edit the page slug, such as adding the realtor’s name.
If a link is already taken, add numbers or adjust it.
13. Choose hosting term
Options shown:
- 6 months: included
- 12 months: additional 5 credits
In the demo, 6 months is selected.
14. Add a favicon (optional)
You can upload a favicon.
A favicon is:
- the small icon shown in the browser tab
15. Review the order
Click Review Order to see the credit breakdown.
In the demo:
- Website: 9 credits
- Flyer: 1 credit
- Branded and unbranded links: 3 credits
- Hosting: included
- Total: 13 credits
16. Place the order
- Click Place Order
- Wait for the confirmation
After completion, you get:
- branded link
- unbranded link
- flyer download
17. Check the final output
The flyer downloads as a PDF.
The website includes:
- featured header image
- property information
- amenities
- embedded video
- photo gallery
- mortgage calculator
- nearby schools
- realtor information
The unbranded version does not show realtor information, but everything else stays the same.
