Select from our three digital house portrait styles: watercolor, sketch or illustration. Watercolor is a traditional watercolor look. Sketch style incorporates more line work and vibrant colors and our illustration styles are fully hand illustrated house portraits.
All our watercolor house portraits are printed in the USA on thick, museum-quality matte paper sourced from Japan. Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room. You can also choose to have your house portrait framed, printed on an edge-to-edge canvas, or purchase the digital print-ready file only.

Guidelines on how you can make your watercolor house portraits stunning.
Take photos during the day but avoid the sun in the picture.
Shooting at 'golden hour' as the sun is setting can produce beautiful results.
Wider is better. Walkout to your street or end of your driveway.
Don't use any filters. Filters degrade images and make colors less accurate.
Shoot face on or at a slight angle to the subject.
Landscape photos (horizontally framed) typically present better than vertical pictures.
For exterior shots, consider a small step stool to get a little more height.
Wait to take your photos until there are no large shadows in the frame.
Removal cars from the driveway and close to your garage doors.
Tidy up yard fixtures, hoses and patio furniture. Hide trash cans from sight.
All the information you need to place your order.
We collect a $99 setup fee up front. This covers account setup and ensures we have a valid payment method on file. After your transaction closes, we auto-bill your card/bank (usually the next Monday after a successful closing), and we credit the $99 toward your first completed order.
AgentUp follows a comprehensive closing checklist that varies depending on if you are representing a buyer or seller as well as if your transaction is located in a title or attorney closing state. In every case our transaction coordination service includes communication with all parties involved, collecting signatures on all documents, tracking all essential deadlines, updating your buyer/seller throughout the transaction process, and ensuring your deal gets to the closing table, backed by our no close, no pay guarantee.
As a TC service serving many different clients, it's important for us to follow a straight forward and standardized process on every order in order to ensure accuracy and that we don't miss anything important. That said, if your brokerage has special requirements for compliance, we will do our best to help you with those!

AgentUp currently provides TC services in 5 states: Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Michigan, and Washington as well as in the Washington DC metro area but is adding new states all the time, so please reach out if you want your state to be next on our list.
Before your very first transaction, AgentUp requires you a $99 deposit so we have a payment method on file. For every subsequent order, AgentUp will auto-bill this payment method upon your transaction closing. If for any reason your transaction does not close, AgentUp will not bill you for that transaction.
