Cancellation Policy

The AgentUp cancellation policy depends on whether you have a monthly or quarterly subscription.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation

1. You can cancel your monthly subscription and downgrade to a Free account at any time.
2. AgentUp will stop charging you for the subscription beginning the following month.
3. When you downgrade, you immediately lose all active listings. This includes property websites, virtual tours, digital flyers, QR codes, and media saved in Storage.

Quarterly Subscription Cancellation

1. You can cancel your quarterly subscription at any time during your current billing cycle.
2. Your paid plan remains active until the end of your prepaid quarterly term.
3. At the end of that term, AgentUp moves your subscription to a Free account.
4. Once the downgrade takes effect, you lose all active listings. This includes property websites, virtual tours, digital flyers, QR codes, and media saved in Storage.
